The Prep Work:
The Arrival: For in-person sessions, the beginning part of our session you will be resting on a massage table surrounded by sound frequencies. Wear comfortable clothing.
The Remote Connection: If booking via video call, I dedicate 90 minutes solely to your frequency from my sacred space. I ask that you find a quiet place to lie down and remain present during our scheduled time.
The Cleanse: We begin with breathwork to ground the body, followed by a full-body intuitive clearing of the seven main chakras.
The Aftercare: Just as hydration was key to our preparation, it is vital for your integration. I highly recommend drinking plenty of water over the next 24 hours to help your vessel process the energetic shifts we’ve made. It is completely normal to feel a deep sense of fatigue as your body recalibrates; please honor this by prioritizing a full night’s rest. To keep this new energy circulating, try to incorporate gentle movement throughout your week. If you feel the need to "anchor" back into the physical, spend a few moments with your bare feet in the grass, breathing deeply until you feel centered.
