Whether we meet in person or I send you an audio recording, ensure your energy is open and ready to hear what Spirit has for you.
The Core Goal: A comprehensive dive into your current path to align your daily walk with your higher purpose.
The Process: We begin with an Oracle theme card to set the frequency, followed by a 3-card Tarot spread (Past/Present/Future or Mind/Body/Soul) tailored to your energy.
The Guidance: I act as a bridge between you and Spirit, calling upon your ancestral guides to deliver the specific messages and wisdom you need at this moment.
Requirements: An open heart and physical preparation. Please ensure you are well-hydrated before we meet, as the energetic frequency of this session is deep and transformative.
The Prep Work:
The Focus: You may bring one specific concern, or simply arrive open to what your guides need to reveal to you.
The Spread: Based on your energy, we will utilize either a Mind, Body, Soul or Past, Present, Future spread to provide the clearest roadmap.
The Vessel: Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to our session. Staying hydrated ensures your physical vessel is ready to receive and process the energy of the messages coming through.
The Atmosphere: I prepare our space with intention and reverence; I ask that you approach our time together with that same sense of pride and openness for the beautiful being you are.
The Core Goal: A full-spectrum transformation designed to strip away external "static" and return you to your purest energetic state.
The Cleanse: An intuitive head-to-toe clearing of your chakras (Crown to Root), utilizing sound bowls and focused energy work to remove blockages and unwanted weights.
The Connection: Once the field is cleared, we move into a full spiritual reading, including an Oracle theme and a deep-dive Tarot spread with ancestral messages.
The Methodology: This is a sacred, intuitive practice rooted in 10+ years of familial wisdom and spirit-led energy work.
The Requirement: Full Presence. You must be well-hydrated and ready to release. Whether in-person or receiving remotely, your receptivity is the key to the shift.
The Prep Work:
The Arrival: For in-person sessions, the beginning part of our session you will be resting on a massage table surrounded by sound frequencies. Wear comfortable clothing.
The Remote Connection: If booking via video call, I dedicate 90 minutes solely to your frequency from my sacred space. I ask that you find a quiet place to lie down and remain present during our scheduled time.
The Cleanse: We begin with breathwork to ground the body, followed by a full-body intuitive clearing of the seven main chakras.
The Aftercare: Just as hydration was key to our preparation, it is vital for your integration. I highly recommend drinking plenty of water over the next 24 hours to help your vessel process the energetic shifts we’ve made. It is completely normal to feel a deep sense of fatigue as your body recalibrates; please honor this by prioritizing a full night’s rest. To keep this new energy circulating, try to incorporate gentle movement throughout your week. If you feel the need to "anchor" back into the physical, spend a few moments with your bare feet in the grass, breathing deeply until you feel centered.
